The hotel is conveniently located close to the airport with a clean atmosphere and updated features like wooden floors. The shuttle service is efficient for quick access.

Unfortunately, customer service left much to be desired and the breakfast offerings were limited, with items frequently running out early and lackluster choices.

The shuttle service is disorganized, leading to long waits for pickups!!! The air conditioning units are noisy and ineffective, making stays uncomfortable during warm weather!!!

The comfy king room was perfect after a long day of traveling, and the small fridge kept our drinks chilled just right. I loved being able to relax by the pool and enjoy a good night's sleep on the soft bedding. The only downside was the loud AC, but it didn't ruin my overall great experience! 😊

Room comfort was another letdown. the bed and pillows felt overly firm, which made sleep a bit elusive. The breakfast options didn't impress either—predominantly highly processed foods that hardly meet a traveler’s nutritional needs. Certain areas of the hotel seemed to show signs of neglect, particularly the breakfast room, which could use some cleaning and more attentive management during busy hours.

I recently discovered this hotel during my stay and was thrilled by its proximity to beautiful nature spots like Jesse H. Jones Park, just about 5 km away, and the local charm of the Humble Museum only a short walk of 2.5 km, which made my weekend city explorations so much easier and more enjoyable.

The staff at the front desk were engaging and made our late check-in pleasant. The comfort of the bed and the convenience of the on-site parking added to our quick stay experience.

The King Room was decent. It had a comfy bed and clean sheets, which were a big plus. I noticed some nice ambient lighting and appreciated the small fridge for drinks. On the downside, there were some maintenance issues—like the sink closure not working well. It felt a bit dated in some parts too. But overall, it was a solid place to crash for a night.

I had a great time with friends during our stay. We loved the nearby attractions, especially the mall and golf center. The hotel was convenient, and although we faced some minor hiccups, they were manageable. The shuttle service was a little slow at times, but overall, we enjoyed our trip. Definitely check out the Waffle House next door!
